2. Form of cooperation -- special dealer

Drexel selects distributors with experience in the LED display industry and technical service level in the designated regional market and gives them the right to sell products in a specific range.The franchised dealer shall sign the channel business agreement with drexel, which shall specify the relevant rights and obligations such as sales area, term, product range and price policy.


3. Conditions of cooperation

(1) independent enterprise legal person;

(2) have a good social reputation and corresponding economic strength;

(3) the franchisor shall pay the market deposit to the company as a unit of the regional market and have the ability to meet the company‘s sales target;

(4) familiar with the establishment and approval process of outdoor advertising; experience in construction machinery, engineering decoration and project bidding; or experience in advertising industry and commercial real estate industry cooperation is preferred;

(5) the construction team with the construction qualification of strong and weak electricity, steel structure, building comprehensive wiring and relevant technologies will be preferred;

(6) it must identify with the corporate culture of drexel, obey the management and scheduling of drexel, and have a strong sense of service.

1. Market operation support (providing whole-process guidance services such as store location, decoration, and corresponding materials, certificates, etc.)
