Matters needing attention for the old LED display screen and the new one
Upgrade and rebuild the old screen, face a new choice, the quality of the display, the manufacturer‘s reputation, the manufacturer‘s service quality and the manufacturer‘s case.The case mainly depends on the maturity of outdoor high-definition screen made by this manufacturer. If there is no mature case, no one would like to be the first to eat crabs.After all, the old screen has brought to their own problems and trouble, their hearts are clear.
 
I‘m not going to talk about technical parameters here today. Over the past ten years, LED screens have been used in conventional specifications. Outdoor LED screens with high frequency are no more than P16 and P10, while other P12, P14, P20, etc., have been purchased with very low frequency.In addition to the large building on the top of the use of P20, P25 or even greater spacing, the kind of tall building on the top of almost for the super distance to watch, replaced by hd is also wasteful, except of course tuhao.
 
Matters needing attention for the old LED display screen and the new one
Let‘s talk about the upgrade plan from the following three aspects.
 
1. Model (i.e. point spacing, P few)
 
The old screen doesn‘t mean you can change it to whatever model you want.In general, our LED display model has determined the main size of the steel structure, and the steel structure can hardly be modified, so the risk to the overall security of the display screen is immeasurable.In other words, the steel structure determines what type of high-definition LED display we upgrade to.
 
When designing steel structure, manufacturers usually determine the fixed box size according to the horizontal spacing of the display screen.For example, with the display screen of P16, the module length (width) size is 256mm, so the length (width) size of the box design is 768mm or 1024mm, and the result is that the square spacing of the fixed box is 768mm or 1024mm.
 
Then, the corresponding modules are P8 and P4. The transverse length (width) of the module designed by the general manufacturer is 256mm, which corresponds to the size of the module P16. Then the designed box body size can be the same.Similarly, the fixed square spacing on the steel structure also corresponds.On the density, the specifications of the P8 per square meter density increased four times, namely 15625 / ㎡.P4 specifications per square meter of density increased 16 times, namely 62500 / ㎡.
 
If it is about 8 meters X5 meters, 40 square meters of P16 LED large screen, before in the computer resolution of 1024X768, the window only takes up a quarter of the display, replaced by P8, basically full screen display.
 
Let‘s take another look at the display screen of P10, its module length (width) size is 320mm or 160mm, then the length (width) size of the box design is 960mm, so the result is that the square spacing of the fixed box is 960mm.
 
Therefore, the corresponding module of P5 is the horizontal length (width) of the module designed by the manufacturer, which is 160mm, which corresponds to the size of the module of P10. Therefore, the designed box size corresponds to the fixed square spacing on the steel structure.On the density, the specifications of the P5 per square meter density increased four times, namely 40000 / ㎡.
 
If it is an LED screen of about 5 m X3 m and 15 m m P10, the window used to only take up a quarter of the display in the case of 1024X768 resolution of the computer. After replacing it with the P5, it will be displayed in full screen.
 
2, electricity
 
To upgrade the LED display of P16 to that of P8, the power consumption is almost flat.Static P16 display the biggest power 800 w / ㎡, now 4 sweep P8 display the maximum power consumption of about 750 w / ㎡.If energy saving scheme is used, the power consumption will still be about 20% lower, but the main power box must be replaced as a whole, because the electrical equipment such as air switch and ac contactor also has the use frequency and life, so it cannot be lost for small reasons. 3. System and signal transmission
 
If the original system is still used, the original system can be used, and other systems need to adapt and learn again.The system itself has no effect on the display screen upgrade, but if the resolution of LED screen exceeds 1920X1080, no matter the horizontal width or vertical height, it must increase video splicing processor to be used for splicing. Generally, manufacturers will put forward corresponding plans.Including the signal transmission part, a network cable with about 650,000 pixels points, according to the whole screen accumulation, if not enough, must increase the number of network cable.
