LED display power number calculation method, power supply is 30A and 40A;Monochrome is one 40A power supply for 8 LED modules, and two-color is one power supply for 6 LED modules.If the full color LED module is easy to calculate the maximum power when full light.
A. The number of unit plates that can be taken by a power supply = the voltage of the power supply * the current of the power supply / [(horizontal pixel number of the unit plate/vertical pixel number of the unit plate * 0.1)/2]; for example, for semi-outdoor p10:5v40a power supply, 5 * 40/(32 * 16 * 0.1 * 0.5)=7.8;
B. Calculate the required power supply number according to the total power of the screen body = average total power/power of a power supply (power voltage * power current), for example: 12 P10 modules are used for the length of an LED display, and 3 P10 modules for the height: 36 modules in total, then the required power supply number =32 * 16 * 0.1 * 0.5 * 36/5/4, 0=4.6 (5 power sources)
The formula for power is P=UI
P stands for power, U stands for voltage, I stands for current, usually the power supply voltage we use is 5V, the power supply is 30A and 40A;Monochrome is a 40A power supply for 8 modules, and dichromatic is a power supply for 6 modules.Here‘s an example.A unit needs to make 9 square meters of indoor P5 dual-color LED display screen to calculate the maximum power required.So if we want to figure out the number of sources of 40A is equal to 9 (0.244 times 0.488) /6 is equal to 12.5, which is equal to 13 sources of power (integer, standard is great), then it‘s very simple. The maximum power P is equal to 13 times 40A times 5V, which is equal to 2600W.
The power of a single lamp =5V * 20mA= 0.1w
Power of LED display module = module resolution (horizontal pixel count * vertical pixel count) * power of single lamp / 2
Maximum power of LED display screen = resolution of screen body * number of lights per resolution * 0.1
Average power of LED display screen = resolution of screen body * number of lights per resolution * 0.1/2
Actual power of LED display screen = resolution of screen body * number of lights per resolution * 0.1/ scanning number (4 scan, 2 scan, 16 scan, 8 scan, static)
