LED display is a customized product, which is different from ordinary consumer electronic products.It is not a simple buying and selling process, but involves the implementation process of the whole system design scheme, from pre-sales, including the design of other related industries, to after-sales construction, installation and maintenance, all of which require LED display manufacturers to provide technical services to customers.Now, let me share with you some notes for site survey before LED display sales:

I. preparation before site investigation, communication with the user is required before departure to understand the specific requirements of the user:

1. Type and size of display screen.

2. Installation environment.

3. Display content and mode.

4. Communication mode.

Contents of site investigation:

1. The state of the wall, installation mode (inlay, floor, suspension, wall-mounted, support and stanchion) and the force bearing of the display screen at the place where it is installed.And according to the specific size of the display screen, confirm whether there are obstacles in the installation site to prevent the display screen installation.In the case of Mosaic installation, whether the reserved installation slots are appropriate;If the wall is decorated partition, the user must inquire about the status of the wall.If the vertical column panel is installed, we must know clearly the geological situation.(if there is sediment at the bottom of the geological layer, it will cause the vertical column and screen to sink or even collapse. You should never look at them in a glance.)

2. Power supply situation on site.The capacity of the machine room or ac transformer, whether the cable needs to be rearranged, or whether the cable diameter has been arranged to meet the requirements;In the case of single-phase electrical, whether there is a ground wire;If it is three-phase electricity, is it three-phase five line?If it is necessary to rewire, the length of power line should be measured accurately.

3. Know the control position of the display screen and whether the communication line is smooth.The length of communication line required at the site, and whether there is any other equipment with a line that needs to be connected to the display control terminal or to understand the switching mode of the field signal channel;If the user does not understand anything, at least the user needs to understand the application, especially the theater users.If the user has been wired, ask whether the length and quantity of the wired is appropriate.The normal synchronization system should be less than 120 meters, and the length of non-five should be lower.Insufficient number of network must increase the corresponding network root number.If it is too long, proper optical cable must be used. Multi-mode optical fiber should be used within 500 and single-mode optical fiber should be used for over 500 meters.Both the wire and the number of fibers must be available.

4. Tools to carry, such as tape or laser ruler.Whether scaffolding is required or provided by the user.Whether the computer is provided by the user.

5. External environment on site.Whether indoor installation should pay attention to moisture-proof and outdoor installation should pay attention to the details of waterproof and lightning protection measures;Whether the location depends on the sea, depending on chemical plants, air salt, alkali, acid degree how.Other outdoor screen users need to observe the viewing distance, the height of the display, and the direction of sunlight.

6. Take photos of all the situations encountered on the site with camera as far as possible, and take photos in different angles and details.

7. Whether users have special requirements, if they have special requirements, whether they can achieve and project difficulty.

8. If the merchants are responsible for the construction, they should know the specific location of the steel market and building materials market locally.

Iii. Special considerations for additional outdoor LED displays:

(1) the LED display screen is installed outdoors. It is often exposed to the sun and rain, and the dust cover is blown by the wind. The working environment is harsh.When electronic equipment gets wet or seriously wet, it will lead to short circuit and even fire.

(2) outdoor LED display may be hit by strong electromagnetism caused by lightning.

(3) the ambient temperature changes greatly.The display screen itself needs to generate a certain amount of heat when working. If the ambient temperature is too high and the heat dissipation is not good, the integrated circuit may not work properly or even be burnt, thus making the display system unable to work normally.

If the work process is not arranged in advance, the business trip to a distant city to do the site survey work, will have a significant impact on the installation of LED display.At the very least, it will cause problems for users and affect the service level of the company.Not all the display screens must be inspected by the merchants themselves. If it is indeed inconvenient to go to the site, after selecting the display screen and control system according to the above situations, the users shall cooperate to carry out the site investigation if conditions permit, or the merchants may learn about the site by other means.
