Step 1: material preparation

4. Power supply: 220v-5v power supply.The usual ones are 40A, 30A.The starting working condition depends.
5. Accessories: 16P line, 16P clip and clip, three-core number value line, DB9 head (needle, hole) DB9 shell, power cord, self-tapping.Strong magnet (pillar and magnet)
6. Tools: cutting machine, pressure pliers, electric soldering iron, wire stripping pliers, screwdriver.
Step 2: assembling the LED display
Make a good display first to confirm the volume of the outer frame, below I explain to you all the way to cut the border.Take the most commonly used 3.5*90 profile and P10 unit plate as examples.The size of the display screen is 2 *5 pieces.
1. Confirm the size of the unit plate to be very accurate to mm.Take the P10 panel: its size is 16cm*32cm.
2. Calculate the net size of the height and width of the panel inside the display screen. For example, the height of 2 *16cm=32cm wide is 32cm*5 =160cm
3. Subtract 4mm from the calculated net size. As mentioned above, the net size is 32cm*160cm, so the aluminum size should be (32cm-4mm) * (160cm-4mm) =31.6cm*159.6cm.31.6 and 159.6 are the actual size of aluminum, and 5mm shall be deducted if the display screen exceeds 3 meters or more.
4. Self-tap and sign the corners and sections, thoroughly tidy up sundries, and place them face down.
5. Put the unit plates in the right direction.Where pins are inserted, be sure to face the height of the section.
6. Remove the magnet for column loaded on the cell plate and the disk broadcast into the nursery in the column of concave 巣.

11. 12. Put the choke card on the input end of the unit board, and be sure to supply 5V power directly from the power supply.
13. The pins of the choke card are arranged in sequence.Such as JK1. JK2...Or J1, J2...JP1, JP2...The position of one needs to be cosigned to the top panel of the arrow at the input end of the panel.
14. Signature of the element plate and the choke block: the common choke card pin 1 has A small white letter A around it. The input end of the element plate also has such characters.

16. 17. Project of making LED display note:
1. The unit plate and the choke card must not be connected to more than 5V.
2. The positive cathode of all the lines must not be misconnected.
3. The sundries in the screen must be cleaned thoroughly.
